The key to a great golf swing starts with good fundamentals; balance is one thing that always seems to get overlooked. Starting with the base of the set up position, you need to make sure that your weight is evenly distributed in the balls of your feet. Standing tall over the golf ball you should never have your weight on either the heels or toes of your feet.
To check your balance!
After you finish your swing you should be able to "hold" your finish for a good 3 seconds, with your belt buckle pointing at the target and your chin over your right shoulder. Its best to do this with your driver since it produces the most club head, if you can hold your finish with good balance with your driver you should be able to do it with all of your clubs.
